What is an online form

An Online form is a means of sending information to a company or an individual through the internet. In this instance the form is being sent to Stamper and Company, the administrators of your condominium. The information you send will be logged and kept on file, and of course, all information is confidential. 

Why do we use online forms?

Most major companies that do business on the Internet (or World Wide Web) have come to the realization that it is much easier to communicate with their clients via this medium. Stamper and Company will continue to keep in touch with it's clients using the best means possible. The internet has shown us that this type of communication is a very important factor in providing our clients with the best possible communication service available to them. Our commitment to our clients has, and always will be, our foremost main concern. Using the internet has provided Stamper and Company the resources to just that, provide our clients with the best communication medium available to them.

Submitting forms online to Stamper and Company allows us to keep the communications line open. All though our clients must still sign and mail a form to us, the online portion of the process allows Stamper and Company to expedite the process of the form. With the online form, we are given afore mentioned notice of the information that we will receiving in the mail.

How to fill out an online form

Filling out an online form is quite simple. You can use your mouse to click inside a CELL (the white rectangular space to type in) and you're ready to type inside that cell. When done, press the TAB key on your keyboard and you move to the next cell. This allows you to navigate through each cell and fill out the form. When all the cells are complete, you click on the Submit Form button. 
NOTE:
If you press the ENTER key, you will Submit the form. Do this only when you have completed the entire form.

Signature Required

When a form states that a "Signature" is required, this means the form must be printed out and signed by the co-owner and mailed to Stamper and Company. 

Description

If a form has a field that is called "Description" you will type in a description of the information you wish to send to Stamper and Company. Please give Stamper and Company as much information as possible. 

Submit Form

When you click on the "Submit Form" button you are sending the information that you have filled out in the form to Stamper and Company. This information will be emailed to them and will be an advance notice of the signed form that you will mail to them.

Clear Form

When you click on the "Clear Form" button you will clear the form of any information you have put into it so far. Upon doing so, you will have to start over and fill out the form again.

Print Form

After the you click the "Submit Form" button, a confirmation page appears. You must print the confirmation page, sign it and mail it to:
