This form is used to keep the Association’s records updated each year and in the event of an emergency, to determine who has a key to access your unit. In some cases, damage can be avoided if quick access is obtained to your unit in your absence. Please complete and return this form to Stamper and Company’s office. If you already have a form on file with the Association, you do not need to resubmit this form unless the information has changed. Please note that your personal information will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not be given out to any other Co-Owners.
