Insurance Portfolio Services

 

1.       Keep in force all forms of insurance necessary after approval of the Board of Directors.

 

2.       Prior to the anniversary of renewal dates of the insurance
          policies:

a.         Solicit bids from various insurance agents (based
                      on Association recommendation)

b.         Work with the agents in handling questions the
  agents have pertaining to the bid requests

c.         Compile all bids

d.         Submit bids to the Board of Directors for their
                      choice and approval

 

3.      In handling insurance matters:

a.        Contact agent

b.        Contact the Board of Directors

c.        After Board approval, Public Adjuster to finalize
                     claim and work with contractor chosen by
                     Association

d.        Public Adjuster to report full results to the Board
