Stamper and Company completes Paid Dues Letters and Condominium Certificates (questionnaires) for title and mortgage companies when a unit is sold. 

 

A Paid Dues Letter is typically requested by the title company and includes, the name of the complex, the address of the unit, the dollar amount for the monthly dues, any outstanding delinquent amounts owing, the date the dues are paid through, the capital reserve amount (if applicable), the insurance agent’s name and phone number.  There is a $25.00 fee to have a Paid Dues Letter completed.  The request form and payment can be submitted on-line, by clicking on the link below which will direct you to Stamper and Company forms.

 

A Condominium Certificate is typically requested by a mortgage company or bank.  Each mortgage company and bank has their own form and requirements of an Association when considering a loan for a potential buyer.  Questions on a certificate include, number of units, number of phases, rate of delinquency, restrictions on ownership, and rental rates.  There is a $50.00 fee to have a Condominium Certificate completed.  The request form and payment can be submitted on-line, by clicking on the link below, which will direct you to Stamper and Company forms.  Please note that once you complete the request form, you will still need to attach and submit the Certificate (questionnaire) that you need completed.
